In response to proposals from the Committee on Unauthorized Practice of Law and District of Columbia Access to Justice Commission, D.C. 上诉法院 is considering whether to amend D.C. 应用程序. R. 49 (c)(9), which governs pro bono practice by persons who are not active members of D.C. 酒吧.
